At the core of each transformer lies a high-grade silicon-steel core paired with either premium aluminum windings or optional pure copper windings—reflecting Zisheng’s commitment to durability and optimal conductivity. We use Type II non-PCB mineral oil for ONAN cooling as standard, with an eco-friendly FR3 high fire-point oil option (KNAN) available for enhanced environmental safety. The reinforced carbon steel tank, equipped with lifting lugs and a pressure relief valve, ensures structural integrity and protection against overpressure, while a nitrogen blanket preserves oil quality for long-term reliability.

Standard features include a pad-lockable door handle for tamper resistance, 65°C temperature rise rating, bayonet fuses with drip shields, and dead-front well inserts for high-voltage bushings—all engineered to minimize operational risks. Low-voltage bushings come in paddle/spade or lug-connector types to suit diverse installation needs. For customized requirements, Zisheng offers stainless steel tanks, high-voltage taps, dual voltage configurations, internal backup CL fuses, and on-off high-voltage switches, as well as removable stud bushing wells.
