Common options for the rated voltage high side include 2.4kV, 4.16kV, 7.2kV, 11kV, selected according to the grid standards of different regions. Common low voltage options on the low voltage side are 120/240V, 230/400V or customized voltage to meet different application requirements.
Optional insulation grades include Class A, Class B, Class F or Class H. Select the appropriate grade according to the working environment and use temperature of the transformer. High-grade insulation system provides better heat resistance and longer service life, especially for operation in high temperature or harsh environments.
Choose mineral oil that meets IEC 60296 or ASTM D3487 standards, has good electrical insulation performance and heat dissipation capacity, and silicone oil that is suitable for environments with higher fire protection requirements and has good high temperature resistance and fire resistance.
Bay-O-Net fuses and ELSP overcurrent protection fuses are available on the high-voltage side to effectively protect the transformer from overload and short-circuit damage. Lightning arresters can be installed on the low-voltage side to effectively prevent the impact of lightning strikes and voltage mutations on the transformer.
ZiSheng'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer offers a range of flexible optional specifications to meet different application environments and work requirements. By selecting different voltage levels, insulation systems, cooling methods, enclosure protection levels, and intelligent monitoring functions, the transformer can provide stable, reliable, and efficient power supply in residential, commercial, agricultural and other scenarios.
10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase Pole Mounted Transformer
The packaging and shipping process of NPC ZiSheng'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer is crucial to ensure that the product is safe and intact during transportation and can cope with the special environment of sea transportation (such as salt spray, moisture, vibration, etc.).
The core components of the transformer (such as oil tank, windings, electrical connections) need to be professionally protected. First, we will wrap the vulnerable parts of the transformer with soft shockproof materials (such as foam, plastic protective film) to avoid impact and friction during transportation.
The transformer is placed in a reinforced wooden box or wooden pallet to ensure that the product is stable and easy to load and unload. The wooden box can be protected by multiple layers of shockproof foam pads, wooden pads and soft pads. The outside of the package will be marked with product information, operating requirements and shipping labels such as "fragile" and "waterproof". Anti-corrosion coatings will be used in the packaging materials, especially in environments with high humidity and salt spray, to ensure that the packaging materials will not corrode due to weather reasons.
The transformer will be firmly fixed in the container using wooden brackets or steel support frames to prevent severe vibrations during sea transportation. To prevent bumps and vibrations during transportation, the transformer will be firmly locked in the container.
In order to prevent potential risks during transportation, we will purchase transportation insurance for the transformer, including marine transportation insurance, fire insurance, theft insurance, etc., to ensure that compensation can be obtained in time in case of accidents. During the packaging and shipping of NPC ZiSheng'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer, special attention is paid to the safety, integrity and timely delivery of the product. Through carefully designed internal and external packaging, professional transportation arrangements and strict loading and unloading processes, we ensure that the product can reach the hands of customers in the best condition.
10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase Pole Mounted Transformer
In the fabrication progress of the 10kVA conventional single phase pole mounted transformer, tests begin with core interlacing validation, examining grain-oriented silicon steel for precise stacking, edge treatment, and low-loss performance using epstein frame measurements to achieve targeted no-load efficiency. Winding verification checks conductor layering and insulation integrity via stepped hipot testing to detect weaknesses early. DC resistance on primary and secondary measures at ambient with micro-ohmmeters, confirming values within 0.5% tolerance. Preliminary turns ratio across taps employs ratio bridges for accuracy better than 0.3%. Core clamping torque validates stability, and vibration simulation assesses handling resilience. Oil batch sampling ensures dielectric strength above 30kV and controlled moisture/acidity. Tank cylindrical weld inspections use penetrant and ultrasonic for hermetic quality, while pole mounting lugs undergo load and dimensional checks. All interim results feed into quality logs for traceability and corrections
All transformers will be tested after finishing the production, test items as follows:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)
♦ Temperature Rise
♦ Dielectric Withstand (Hipot)
Factory acceptance testing for the 10kVA conventional single phase pole mounted transformer initiates with visual and dimensional inspections against drawings, verifying tank construction, bushing alignment, and mounting provisions. Winding DC resistance uses Kelvin techniques with temperature correction, results within 1% variance. Turns ratio and polarity across taps validate with TTR precision to 0.4% error. Dissipation factor at 10kV restricts tan delta below 0.5%. No-load loss and current at rated voltage confirm efficiency compliance, excitation limited. Load loss and impedance derive from short-circuit method for accurate performance. Power frequency withstand applies specified kV without flashover. Induced voltage stresses inter-turn insulation. Oil checks verify breakdown voltage over 35kV and low dissolved gases. Acoustic testing ensures noise below limits. Temperature rise under load simulation caps rises at 65°C. Accessory verification includes pressure relief, gauges, tap changer function. Frequency response analysis detects mechanical anomalies. All test data compiles per IEEE C57.12.20, ANSI C57.12.00, and DOE standards with calibration traceability, client witnessing, and discrepancy resolution for final approval and shipment.
Purpose of Testing
The purpose of winding resistance testing is to detect the continuity and connection quality of the internal conductors of the motor or transformer windings, and to promptly detect potential faults such as open circuits, poor contact or local heating.
Testing Equipment
Winding resistance tester (e.g. OMICRON, DV Power, Raytech, Megger, ISA, etc.)
Test voltage source (commonly used are 6V, 10V, 20V, 40V or 100V, depending on the equipment model or customer requirements)
Temperature and humidity meter (used to record the ambient temperature and humidity during the test)
Pre-Test Preparation
Check if the instrument has been calibrated to ensure the test accuracy.
Disconnect the electrical connection between the test cable and the equipment to ensure that there is no external current or voltage interference.
Select a suitable voltage range for testing and set the test voltage according to the equipment requirements.
Test Progress
Connect the Test Instrument:
Connect the test equipment to the winding terminals of the device under test, making sure the connections are secure and properly grounded to avoid measurement errors.
Apply Test Voltage:
Select the appropriate test current according to the equipment specifications (such as test current for low-voltage windings, single-phase or three-phase windings).
Measure and Record
Start the test and record the following parameters:
Winding resistance (usually expressed in units of "Ω")
