The 132kV / 138kV Power Transformer is a high-voltage oil-immersed transformer engineered for reliable power transmission and substation applications. It is designed to step voltage up or down between transmission, sub-transmission, and medium-voltage networks, supporting stable and efficient power delivery for large-scale electrical projects.

Available in customized capacities and voltage configurations, the transformer can be designed for applications such as 132/11kV, 132/33kV, 138/13.8kV, and 138/34.5kV systems. Cooling configurations including ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, and OFWF can be selected according to transformer capacity and operating conditions.

The transformer features a high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel core, optimized winding structure, robust insulation system, and high mechanical strength to withstand demanding operating and short-circuit conditions. An On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) can be integrated for voltage regulation and stable grid operation.

For EPC, utility, renewable energy, and industrial projects, the transformer can be customized according to voltage ratio, rated capacity, impedance, vector group, insulation level, cooling method, tap range, bushing configuration, protection system, monitoring equipment, and installation environment.

Comprehensive factory testing is performed before delivery, including winding resistance, voltage ratio, vector group, no-load loss, load loss, impedance, insulation and withstand tests. Additional FAT, type tests, special tests, and third-party inspection can be arranged according to project requirements.

OLTC Voltage Regulation

An On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) can be installed to regulate the output voltage while the transformer remains energized.
